At Nordic Socks UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn socks back into their original sleeve and secure them in a durable mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Nordic Socks

  Print your generated prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the UK.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
